What to do if the tool arm of the CNC lathe gets stuck? This is a malfunction of the tool changing manipulator, and it is not a common problem. There are many relationships between actualoperation and regular maintenance and inspection by the staff in the later stage. Below, the editor will list several reasons:
1、 The reason for the tool falling off due to the tool not being clamped tightly may be due to the insufficient pressure of the clamping claw spring; Or the nut behind the spring is loose; Or the tool is overweight; Or if the mechanical arm is stuck and the lock does not work.
2、 The reason why the CNC lathe tool cannot be loosened after clamping may be due to the spring of the lock being pressed too tightly and the claw not retracting: the nut should be adjusted to ensure that the maximum load does not exceed the rated value.
3、 When changing tools during tool exchange, if the spindle box does not return to the tool change point or the tool change point drifts, the CNC lathe tool arm gets stuck, and the mechanical arm does not grasp the tool properly, the tool will start to be pulled out, all of which can cause tool drop during tool exchange. At this point, the spindle box should be moved back to the tool change point position and the tool change point should be reset.
