CNC machining refers to a mechanical processing method that uses digital information to control the displacement of parts and cutting tools during part machining on CNC machine tools. It is an effective way to solve the problems of variable part varieties, small batch sizes, complex shapes, high accuracy, and achieve efficient and automated machining.
The process specifications for CNC machine tool machining and traditional machine tool machining are generally consistent, but due to the fact that CNC is a one-time clamping and continuous automatic machining to complete all turning processes, some precautions need to be taken after completing CNC machine tool machining.
1. Remove chips, wipe the machine tool, and maintain a clean environment when using the machine tool.
2. Pay attention to checking or replacing the oil wiping plate on the worn-out machine tool guide rail.
3. Check the condition of lubricating oil and coolant, and add or replace them in a timely manner.
4. Turn off the power and main power on the machine tool control panel in sequence.
5. When starting the machine tool, the principles of returning to zero first (except for special requirements), manual, jog, and automatic should be followed. The operation of machine tools should follow the principle of low speed, medium speed, and then high speed, with a minimum running time of 2-3 minutes for low and medium speed. Only after confirming that there are no abnormal situations can work begin.
6. It is strictly prohibited to strike, correct, or correct workpieces on the chuck or between the tips. The next step of work can only be carried out after confirming the clamping of the workpiece and the tool.
7. The operator must stop the machine when changing tools, workpieces, adjusting workpieces, or leaving the machine tool during work.
8. The safety and protective devices on the machine tool must not be dismantled or moved arbitrarily by the operator.
9. Before the machine tool starts processing, it is necessary to use a program verification method to check whether the program used is similar to the processed part. After confirming that there are no errors, the safety protection cover can be properly managed and the machine tool can be started for part processing.
